Confirmation

Being a Christian is about being on a journey not on your own but with others. You may choose to be confirmed, a ceremony when the Diocese Bishop lays their hands on you, when you are ready to show those around you that you are on that journey. It’s an opportunity to say ‘yes’ to Christian believing as you journey in faith.

The Church of England website has some more information about confirmation.

We regularly offer confirmation supported by confirmation classes that help explain not only the ceremony but its significance in their own faith journey. If you are thinking about exploring confirmation in one of our Churches, in the first instance contact the Parish Administrator.
